YK type eccentric circular vibrating screen is a commonly used and convenient mining linear vibrating screen. Due to the circular motion trajectory of its screen box, it is called a circular vibrating screen. working principle:

YK circular vibrating screen is mainly composed of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, and damping spring. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box and is driven to rotate by an electric motor through a coupling, generating centrifugal inertia force that forces the screen box to vibrate. The YK type eccentric circular vibrating screen is a single mass elastic system, in which the eccentric block of the exciter rotates at high speed through an elastic coupling of the electric motor. The eccentric block in operation generates a large centrifugal force, which stimulates the sieve box to produce circular motion with a certain amplitude. The material on the sieve is subjected to continuous throwing motion by the impulse transmitted by the sieve box on the inclined sieve surface. During the process of meeting the material with the sieve surface, particles smaller than the sieve hole are passed through the sieve, thereby achieving classification.
Note: This series of mining vibrating screens is a relatively lightweight screening equipment, which has the advantages of simple results, low cost, and strong maintainability compared to the YA series circular vibrating screens.
